Thank you for shopping with The Easy Living. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Personalized or customized products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if it meets our return eligibility conditions.
